These photos speak for themselves. With the right guidance and the right mindset you can achieve a hell of a lot in the space of 3 months.

Ben came to me wanting to get back into shape to improve his performance on the football pitch. He was playing at a good level but had started to notice himself neglecting his physique, he tried the whole gym thing on his own but never got the results he wanted.
_

This is only the start for Ben, we have so much more planned for our next training phase. Seeing these photos together shocked Ben. When he came to me he didn’t even realise he had 2 stone to lose.
_

Over the past 3 months Ben has been to Amsterdam, he has enjoyed his weekend meals off track, going out with mates and still smashed his goals.
_

Now…. he’s ready to achieve more, get even better results and most importantly feel better about himself both physically and mentally.
_
