Bread, oh how I love you.
But for some, you’re the enemy.

It’s a myth, or a down right lie, that bread is ‘bad’ for you. That you should banish it, you’ll gain or not loose weight eating it.

If you like bread, eat bread.
Doesn’t matter if it’s brown, seedy, wholegrain, half n half, white, whichever variation. If you like it, eat it.
Time? Bread can be consumed at whatever time you fancy. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Midnight. It makes absolutely no difference to weight gain/loss.
