Check out the progress Matty has made.

He has just finished his first phase of coaching and as we move into the next phase I wanted to let him do the talking, here’s what matty had to say:
_

“Starting the gym with JP was an idea I had been flirting with for some time however never followed through with.
_

Going into this process I was a complete newbie to the gym with my only lifting experience being picking balls out of my net every Saturday afternoon being a goalkeeper on a Saturday. Despite this, it wasn’t long until my pre-existing misconceptions of the gym were erased, as the work was hard yet enjoyable and the people friendly and not judge-mental. I found my gym performance improving almost immediately with the guidance of JP, as well as my football game becoming sharper and even my general mood getting an uplift. I’ve even found my lower back pain from last season fade almost completely through strengthening the affected muscles, to the relief of my co-workers who were tired of hearing me complain.
_

The nutritional aspect of the process is a major one and certainly the one people fear. Giving up the junk food was no issue for me as I replaced it with healthier and oftentimes tastier alternatives. However setting the pints to one side was a big ask… and yet through willpower and hundreds of vodka lemonades I have been able to maintain a good social life while simultaneously getting into better shape.
_

Going forward I have committed to another 12 weeks with JP in which we will look to add more size and muscle. I can’t recommended JP enough and urge anyone currently on the fence about starting, to bite the bullet commit like I did, you won’t regret it.”
