Great session yesterday morning with these two top Irish league footballers.

James and Andy work extremely hard off the pitch as well as on it. Leading to them always staying on top of their game.

Yesterday we worked on some compound lifts, mobility and some accessory movements. All of the above are vital when it comes to performing to their optimum level on the pitch.
_

We put a lot of focus on hamstrings today because naturally footballers have weak hamstrings and over developed quads. It is vital that they incorporate hamstring work in to their weekly programme to prevent injury and ultimately leading to them performing better on the pitch.
