1. You make your goals too vague
Instead of making your goal just to go to the gym make it more specific as in pick a set time that your going to go to the gym twice per week every week.
2. You only list your long term goals (think short, mid and long term)
If you set yourself a long term goal of being X weight by X date then you are setting yourself up for failure
3. You keep goals in your head
Right them down so you don’t forget, means you can look back every so often to see if your on track to achieve your goals.
Your environment doesn’t support your goals (surround yourself with like minded people where possible)
You have nothing or nobody to keep you accountable with your goal. Employ a coach, put it on social media and tell people don’t let this be a burden to you achieving your goal use it to fuel your hard work.
