Judging a person on their actions not by what they are saying.
_

People come to me all the time and they say “Jonny I really want to lose weight but I just can’t.” In reality they can and I am going to judge them on what actions they are actually taking to lose weight not by what they are saying to me.

Constantly making promises but never taking any action. They continue to eat takeaways 4 times a week, they never join the gym, they never make the effort to actually get active. My point being is always judge a person on what they actually do as opposed to what they are saying to you. Same goes for work, relationships and family life.

When it comes to being fit. It’s about mental strength as much as physical strength. You need to be willing to go and actually take action on what you are saying. Someone could be fit enough to go to the gym they could be physically strong enough but they just aren’t mentally strong enough to actually do something about it. That’s why fitness is so much about mental strength as it is actually being physically being strong.

Social media is a massive issue in today’s society. It’s ruining people’s happiness. People are constantly comparing themselves to others and judging a person on what they are writing on social media but not actually by the actions they are taking. They might write a post saying how happy they are, but do their day to day actions portray happiness?

That’s my thoughts for you today. Hope you all are having a great week!
